Heraklion Crete airport information: easyJet flies into and out of Heraklion International Airport, N.Kazantzakis. The airport is located approximately 2 km east of Heraklion city centre. Heraklion airport by car: the airport is located just off the E75 motorway and can also be reached via the main road “Ikarou” from the city centre. Heraklion airport by coach: Bus line 78 and service #1 operate regular services between the airport and Heraklion city centre. Journey time is approximately 20 minutes, and a one-way ticket costs around €1.20 Heraklion airport by taxi: The taxi rank is located just outside the passenger terminal.
