Fruit on Crete: nothing tastes more delicious then fruit straight from the tree! From November until March the oranges on Crete are very tasteful. It is a beautiful site if you travel around Crete to see all the fruits hanging on the trees. On the market you pay a very cheap price for these oranges. Fruit from the island of Crete: you can’t find more delicious fruits…

NL: Fruit op Kreta: dat smaakt heerlijk zo van de boom. In de maanden November tot maart zijn de sinaasappels op Kreta heerlijk. Het is een mooi gezicht als u rondreist om overal deze heerlijke vruchten aan de bomen te zien hangen. Op de markt betaald u bijna niets voor de lekkerste sinaasappelen. Fruit van eigen bodem, heerlijker kunt u niet vinden!

20TH January AT ZORBAS: Dancing in Crete: there are a lot of traditional dances in Crete and Greece. The “rebetiko” is a dance that you dance on your own, but you will get support from your friends who will sit around you in a circle. It is a dance full of emotion, there does not exists a dance that is more Greek then this one!

The “sirtaki” is a Greek dance which you dance with more persons. It is typical Greek party dance! The “bouzouki” is a typical Greek instrument, the sound of it connects you immediately with Greece!
