Neben Dia liegt eine weitere, viel kleinere Insel: Paximadi (was wörtlich “Zwieback” bedeutet). Dia ist eine tolle Insel, auf der es viel zu sehen gibt. Die Ausflugsboote gehen vor der Insel vor Anker, dort können Sie schwimmen oder schnorcheln, und danach geht es wieder zurück.  Unsere Tour zeigt Ihnen die geheimen Flecken auf Dia.

Milos Skalopatia walking tour.

Wandel excursies op Kreta: We beginnen onze wandeltocht vanaf het dorpskafanion, waar vandaan we beginnen te wandelen over een stuk van 22 kilometer. Wij organiseren deze tocht wekelijks van eind maart tot en met december. Deze wandelroute is nog niet ontdekt door het massa toerisme. De route is uniek, er zijn veel stromende beekjes gedurende zomer en winter. Er leven in dit gebied vele schildpadden. Het is prachtig om te zien hoe deze schilpadden leven in het heldere blauwe water, op bepaalde rotsen liggen ze heerlijk te zonnebaden. We wandelen langs de mooiste plekjes van Kreta.

20th February 2010: Warme wind uit Sahara zorgt voor 29 graden op Kreta: Fijn Sahara-zand en hoge temperaturen bepalen momenteel het weer in het oostelijk deel van de Middellandse Zee. In enkele streken van Kreta worden tegen zaterdagmiddag temperaturen van 29 graden Celsius verwacht. In Midden-Griekenland werd 's ochtends al 22 graden gemeten.

We will start our hiking tour van the village’s kafenion, where we start our hiking tour of approximately 22 kilometers. We organize this hiking tour weekly from March until December. This hiking tour has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. This hiking tour has unique scenery with lots of impressive nature with small rivers. There live a lot of turtles in this nature resort on Crete. It is impressive to see how these turtles live in the clear blue waters of the lakes and how the turtles are sunbathing on the many rocks
